Suroor Raheemullah has over 18 years of international HR experience ranging from global benefits management, healthcare and retirement benefits plan design, workforce analytics, wellness management, and global talent management. She oversees HR strategy across 22 operating companies at Dover Corporation, a global manufacturing company. Through the benefits program, she sets strategic direction for healthcare and retirement benefit plan design, cost sharing philosophies, and wellness programs across 25,000 employees. She has developed a workforce analytics and planning strategy to create a culture at Dover to utilize data analytics to drive costs down, solve employment related problems, and bring more value added programs to the employees. She is in charge of integrating acquired companies from a Corporate HR perspective as well as leading HR diligence for all M&A activity. Prior to Dover, she worked at Deloitte in their global employment practice managing large clients on international tax issues, policy consulting, strategic plan development for global mobility programs, as well as talent development strategies. Suroor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Board Director at a non-profit called Muslim Women’s Alliance which is focused on developing and empowering Muslim women through mentorship programs, leadership opportunities, financial scholarships/grants, and advocating for gender equity in Muslim institutions.
